Making a dune buggy out of an ATV?
i was wondering if anybody could give me a little help. i was planning to make a Dune Buggy (gokart) using parts from a scrap atv i have. i was planning on using the suspension in the front, the wheels, the motor (350cc), the brakes, and other things. the only problem i am having is designing a frame for it. i want it to be a two-seater. i have been thinking and i am not sure how to set up the rear suspension without the chain becoming loose and tight everytime i hit a bump.
